The Triple Helix at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill

Welcome to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Chapter of The Triple Helix!

The Triple Helix, Inc. ("the TTH") is an international, undergraduate journal of science, society and law which seeks to identify and analyze the growing connections between these fields.  As recent trends in both humanitarian and science policy have shown, the archaic divide separating the scientific community as a whole from governmental and cultural spheres is becoming increasingly blurred.

As a result, the TTH strives to educate young people, the future policy makers, about the importance of taking an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to instituting change, both globally and domestically.  Biannually, the TTH distributes a print journal called the Science in Society Review which is read worldwide by tens of thousands of young people each year.

The Triple Helix is also an international 501(c)3 non-profit organization with 18 chapters and more than 800 students from the most prestigious universities in America and abroad.
